San Marcus is about 30 miles south of Austin and the speed limit is 70mph on I-35. So, in ideal conditions, it should take you 30 minutes, +/- 10 minutes depending on where you are going in Austin.

However, Austin traffic and traffic on I-35 can be pretty bad and a lot depends on what time of day. During rush hour, south Austin should still be 30 minutes, but north Austin would be over an hour.

If you take I35 S to San Marcos, it will be around 35 min. Its only a 31 mi trip.

It depends upon how fast you drive and if it is rush hour. If you obey the speed limit then a couple hours. It is less if you speed and more if you speed and get caught.

It really depends on what part of Austin you are departing from.

If you leave from North Austin, then you are looking at a 35-40 minute drive.

If you leave from South Austin, then you are looking at a 20-25 minute drive.

(going to 75 mph)
