San Marcus is about 30 miles south of Austin and the speed limit is 70mph on I-35. So, in ideal conditions, it should take you 30 minutes, +/- 10 minutes depending on where you are going in Austin. However, Austin traffic and traffic on I-35 can be pretty bad and a lot depends on what time of day. During rush hour, south Austin should still be 30 minutes, but north Austin would be over an hour.
